Nataliya Antonova, MD

Dr. Antonova graduated with honors from the New York University for her undergraduate degree. Subsequently she obtained a Doctor of Medicine Degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, where she achieved distinction in the Foundations of Medicine. Her exceptional accomplishments were further recognized through prestigious awards, including those celebrating her achievements in Anatomical Sciences and Academic Achievement. Notably, Dr. Antonova was inducted into the esteemed medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha.

During her residency training in ophthalmology at SUNY Downstate University, Dr. Antonova served as the chief resident. Her dedication to teaching was recognized with the E. Clifford Lazzaro, MD Award for Excellence in Teaching. Dr. Antonova then completed advanced training in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery at Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary.

Dr. Antonova is board certified in ophthalmology and specializes in various medical and surgical treatments, including advanced cataract surgery techniques, corneal transplants and pterygium removal. Dr. Antonova provides comprehensive ophthalmology services as well, encompassing glaucoma management, diabetic eye exams, and in-office lasers. Her dedication to delivering exceptional care is evident across all aspects of comprehensive ophthalmology.
